Shipping policy
ORDER PROCESSING
Orders placed before 2:30 PM GMT Monday - Friday will be processed on the same day providing all security checks are passed and your order is not on PRE ORDER.
Orders placed after 2:30 PM GMT on Friday may not ship until the following Monday. Please email customer support if you require a package urgently, as we will be able to advise :)
If there are any amendments required for an order due to errors, we recommend contacting us immediately with the subject URGENT.
PRE-ORDER
Please kindly allow up to 14 working days for pre-order items to be made and dispatched. It can vary anywhere from 3-14 days, and typically is quite speedy, but this can completely vary depending on how busy things are.
SHIPPING TRANSIT TIME
(ONCE ORDER HAS BEEN PROCESSED, DOES NOT INCLUDE SPECIFIC ITEM LEAD TIME)
UK SHIPPING - 1-2 business days
USA SHIPPING - NO ADDITIONAL TAXES ON DELIVERY - 5-7 business days
EUROPE SHIPPING - 3-4 business days
ROW SHIPPING - 5-10 business days
CANADA SHIPPING - 5-7 business days
Delivery times can vary due to customs clearance which we have no liability or control over. Customers are advised to monitor their order tracking information and must notify us within 7 days from dispatch if there are any problems with the delivery. Any delivery issues or loss reported after the 7 days can no longer be investigated or compensated.
Any orders sent back to us as a result of refused or attempted delivery will incur a return shipping fee.
USA TAXES + DUTIES
All packages are free of any additional taxes, duties and tariffs on delivery.
ROW TAXES + DUTIES
As the recipient, you will be responsible and liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping too. Our shipping fee does not cover taxes. If a payment is required, it will need to be cleared to release your order from customs onto delivery. If your order gets returned to us as a result of unpaid or refused taxes & duties, we will deduct the full amount and the the return shipping fee from your order refund or store credit note. Original shipping costs will also not be refunded.
